Technology

A workflow your team can inspect and operate.

The design starts with the work: what arrives, which rules apply, what may change and when a person must decide.

Define the controls before connecting systems.

Data & access

Name the source of truth for each field. Scope the records and actions each integration may access.

Rules & review

Separate interpretation from permission to act. Define the review owner and how exceptions are resolved.

Evaluation & handover

Agree acceptance checks, failure handling and the operating owner before launch.

The tools support the workflow.

The current EVA Ops stack includes Python, FastAPI, Docker, n8n, SQL and PyTorch. Tool selection depends on the integrations, hosting and operational requirements of each build.

The scope identifies which connectors and workflow components can be reused and which require custom implementation. Reuse and deployment effort should be demonstrated against the actual system, rather than inferred from a technology list.
